In Jeewi Lee’s first solo exhibition Ground at the gallery, the artist presents three bodies of work that explores memory, cultural roots, and human-nature relationships through traditional Korean materials such as Hanji flooring and raw lacquer. Her works reveal traces of past lives, balancing vulnerability and resilience, decay and healing, while reflecting on how materials themselves preserve personal and collective histories.
