In the catalogue accompanying the exhibition, Experiment für sieben Körperteile (Experiment for Seven Body Parts), Czech artist Eva Koťátková presents the human body and its social norms as a key motif. Using sculpture, performance, installation, drawing and collage, Koťátková traces the social rules and norms that form, and can also deform, human physiology and psychology over the course of a lifetime.
